The True Cost

The price of anything is the amount of life you exchange for it. – Henry David Thoreau

Thoreau reminds us that price isn’t the amount on a sticker or that is scanned at the checkout; rather, it’s what we actually exchange for the product, service or experience. Often, that price is vastly different from the sticker price.
